1. Our approach
Gadget Recipe LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy in the game app "The Workshop of Forgotten Sounds" (the "App"). The App is designed not to collect any information about you.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect any information about you through the App.
- There is no account or sign-in. The App never asks for your name, email address, or other personal details.
- The App works entirely offline. It does not send your play data or device information to our servers or to any third party.
- The App contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services.
3. Information stored on your device
So that you can continue where you left off, the App stores the following only on your device. We never receive it.
- Your progress (repaired devices, part placements, hint levels viewed, notebook entries, and scenes watched)
- Your settings (language, volume, and display options such as visual assistance)
If device backup (such as iCloud Backup or Google backup) is turned on, your operating system may include this data in your backup. Such backups are handled under the privacy policy of Apple or Google.
4. App stores and system features
- Purchases and payments are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. Neither the App nor we receive your payment information.
- On iOS, after you finish the ending, the App may ask you to rate it on the App Store using the standard system prompt. Ratings are handled by Apple, and the App does not receive them.
- Any information collected by the app stores or the operating system is handled under the privacy policy of Apple or Google.
5. Device permissions
The App does not request access to your microphone, camera, location, photos, or contacts.
6. Deleting your data
Deleting the App from your device removes all progress and settings stored on it. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for you to ask us to delete.
7. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
